Kindly whatsapp us at 9235 4927 (No Calls) for any exchange for pet supply items. Please not that there is strictly no exchange for all pet food (dog food / cat food) & all pet treats due to hygiene purposes.
All exchanges must be done within 7 days of receiving the item & in packaging & labels intact with good condition in original packaging.  We will not be able to do any exchanges if the labels are taken off or packaging damaged.  


Do you provide International delivery?


At the moment we do not do international deliveries


How do I exchange an item?


kindly whatsapp 92354927 and arrangements can be made. For re-delivery services (for exchange) additional +$5 charge & +$10 for CBD & sentosa area


What is your exchange policy?


Packaging and labels must be fully intact, not damaged & in good condition with original packaging 

How do I track my order?


Simply drop us a text +65 92354927 (No calls) and we will check with our delivery company delivery drivers. We DO NOT use 3rd party courier services 


What are your delivery options, wait time & delivery timings?


Delivery services to home. Covid period - contactless delivery upon request. 

We will text you the timeframe for delivery 1 day before. Kindly ensure someone is at home or leave alternatives (ie leave at doorstep / cabinet) 

Waiting time for order will depend whether it's instocks or Pre orders.
Instock item delivery same or next working day.
Items not in stock or Pre order item delivery will depend on the timing items arrive at our shop & will be delivered within the following  next 1 to 2 working days.
